Our prices are all in Euros (€) and are intended for rent of the whole apartment – not per person, and our prices include all taxes and the following services: – Electricity, water, heating/air-conditioning, towels and bathroom supplies (once a week), bedroom linen (once a week), hair dryer, telephone, free Wi-Fi internet with no limit use, complete kitchen equipment (dishes, glasses, pots, pans etc.), final cleaning of the apartment and private parking with video- surveillance 24/7. Upon request we will gladly provide an extra baby bed, high chair, changing station for babies, without any additional charge. Check in is scheduled daily between 14.00 – 19.00 PM, and check out before 10.00 AM on the day scheduled for departure (for any variations regarding check in/out, do not hesitate to contact us). For a minimum stay of two night, please contact us for a personalized offer.
Our prices are lower than you think. At cost of a hotel room, you will have a whole apartment.
